BWC Technologies offers Reverse Engineering and Design as part of our services. We can digitally reconstruct any component or assembly using our state of the art Romer Infinite CMM [Coordinate Measurement Machine] Arm in combination with Solidworks 3D Drafting software with acuracy within .002" over a 36" span. In Utilizing the scanner or conventional techniques we can generate a parametric 3D model that can be used for tooling or design.

BWC Technologies can also use the Romer CMM Arm to accurately inspect / measure parts with complete documentation.

CMM

BWC Technologies imports digital drawings into a software program which automatically writes our CNC programs. This not only speeds up the production process, but also eliminates the possibility of introducing human error by manually writing and entering a program.
